MENS YOGA COURSE
4 WEEK CHALLENGE
Our Mens Yoga Course gives you 4 weeks of specifically targeted strength and conditioning work as well as introducing you to a series of myofascial release techniques to use at the gym or home for injury prevention. This course is for anyone new to yoga as well as those who have some yoga experience as all levels will be catered for.
WEEK 1 - 10th Sept HIPS/HAMSTRINGS
WEEK 2 - 17th Sept CORE STABILISATION
WEEK 3 - 24th Sept INCREASING ROM IN SHOULDERS
WEEK 4 - 1st Oct COMBO WITH MYOFASCIAL RELEASE TECHNIQUES
