FREE MEDITATION SESSIONS AT THE VINE
With the festive season well and truly upon us, now more than ever we need to prioritise time for ourselves to help maintain our sanity to get things done!
Each Tuesday starting 4th December we are holding space for Mindful Meditation at our city studio. Just slip in before work and join Donna as she guides you through a half hour session to help carve out time to clear the head in the countdown to Christmas!
Meditation is an approach to training the mind, similar to the way that fitness is an approach to training the body. As the days fill up with parties and engagements, it helps to be less stressed, less reactive and more in control.
